4.2.7. Structure composition: the main part of the bow strander is
composed of the stranding bow, the cradle frame of the coil, the bracket, the
base, the transmission system, the filling frame, etc. the overall design
structure is reasonable and beautiful.
4.2.8. Transmission system: the winch cage is driven by 45KW variable
frequency motor, the transmission system is driven by the transmission shaft
through the toothed belt, and each cradle is driven by two toothed belts, so
the winch itself does not bear torsion.
4.2.9. Cradle frame: both ends of the cradle are supported by bearings,
and the cradle adopts end shaft type manual clamping reel with mechanical
locking mechanism to prevent the reel from throwing out.
4.2.10. The cradle frame of the main engine is made of CNC laser
cutting, integral welding, aging treatment by annealing furnace and integral
processing by large machine tool, with high rigidity and high operation
precision. Each basket is equipped with a cable tray bracket to provide
protection for the wire materials in the cable tray.
4.2.11. The setting out tension is provided by mechanical friction, and
the tension is adjusted manually.
4.2.12. The winch is made of special steel, and each pair of winch is
tested for static balance.
4.2.13. Base: it is made of high-quality rectangular square tube and
steel plate by welding and processed by large gantry milling machine. The
whole base has high levelness and ensures the stability of operation.
4.2.14. Braking system: the whole machine is braked by plane air brake,
and multiple groups of air brake act at the same time, with high braking

shield, and the opening mode is manual sliding door type. The protective
cover is equipped with multiple sets of working lights. The protective cover
