This machine is mainly used to produce large length
bare aluminum, bare copper wire and steel core aluminum strand. The equipment
adopts double active and double wheel traction device, and the shunting wheel
adopts natural shunting, so as to prevent the wire core from scratching during
the stranding process. The setting out tension of the equipment is controlled
by pneumatic constant tension, so as to ensure that the tension is even when
the reel is full and empty.
