1.Use:

This machine is mainly used to produce large length bare aluminum, bare copper wire and steel core aluminum strand. The equipment adopts double active and double wheel traction device, and the shunting wheel adopts natural shunting, so as to prevent the wire core from scratching during the stranding process. The setting out tension of the equipment is controlled by pneumatic constant tension, so as to ensure that the tension is even when the reel is full and empty.

The equipment is composed of PLC program control + touch screen + frequency control + pneumatic control. The synchronous performance deviation of the equipment from the start, normal operation, slow stop, emergency stop and other states shall not exceed 3%, so as to ensure the stable stranding distance. The electric control system is advanced, easy to operate and reliable to operate.

4.2.8  Each winch is driven by its own motor. The motor and the winch reduction box directly drive the winch through the coupling connection to provide power for the operation and slow positioning of the equipment. This drive system eliminates the transmission power mode of the toothed belt and reduces the maintenance link. The forward, reverse, neutral, start, stop, emergency stop and other operation settings of the winch are controlled by the electrical system.


4.2.10  The four sections of the hinge are all of one-piece 4-equal structure. The hinge cage is supported on the reduction box and front support respectively by two sets of double row self-aligning roller bearings, so as to ensure the bearing capacity of the axial movement of the hinge cage.

4.2.11  The line breaking parking monitoring system adopts pulse type line breaking protection to control each panel, dxj full-automatic detection device, electrical switch output, accurate and reliable.

4.2.12  The pneumatic thimble shall be used for clamping after centralized hanging, and the air cylinder shall drive the mechanical stop device to lock the thimble after the thread plate is tightened. The locking state is monitored by the electrical detection device, and the main engine can not be started when it is not locked.

4.2.13  The setting out tension in the winch is pneumatically controlled. The tension is obtained by the pneumatic friction device, air pressure proportional valve, electrical monitoring device, etc. through the coordinated control of PLC. The tension is uniform and constant.

4.2.14  braking form: the brake of main winch adopts butterfly plane air compressor to reduce the impact of emergency stop inertia on transmission parts. Working principle of the whole machine braking: coordinated by PLC: frequency conversion motor controller, braking resistance, air pressure proportional valve, etc. jointly complete the slow stop, fast stop, emergency stop and other operations of the whole machine.

4.2.15 A Each section of the winch is equipped with an independent air tank to ensure the air supply.

4.2.16 The whole machine is operated by the color touch screen of the human-machine interface, and the PLC is under unified coordination management.
