Capstian Rigid Stranding Machine 630 1+6+12+18 With Side Bottom Loading System.


1.Use:


This Rigid Stranding machine is used for stranding Copper wire or Aluminum wire, round or sector compact conductors. It can also be used for pre-twisting, compacting and stranding of Milliken conductors.

This Rigid stranding machine is suitable for below wire and cable:

  • Round or Sector Compacted conductors.
  • Milliken (Segmented) conductors.
  • ASCR (Aluminum Conductor Steel Reinforced)
  • Copper wire Screening.
  • Steel wire Armouring without backtwist.


Mechanical Features:

  • Individual motor drive each strander, haul-off or taping head. No need ground shafts.
  • Reduce energy consumption and running noise.
  • Simplify the mechanical structure and lower the maintenance difficulty.
  • The stranding cage is divided averagely, it is easy and fast for bobbins loading and unloading.
  • The whole stranding cage of frame structure has front and back dual supporter, and the wire-closing holder can also be pre-forming and compacting for round conductors.
  • Natural wire distribution to prevent wire abrasion damage when stranding.
  • Strong dual-capstan haul-off, the gear tooth ring of the capstan is made of cast steel with big traction capacity to increase the compacting coefficient of the stranded wire.

Electrical / Electronic Features:

  • Pay-off tension can be adjusted by pneumatic proportion valve imported from Japan to keep constant wire tension from bobbin full to empty. (Hysteresis tension is optional)
  • Equipped with advanced Wire-break detection apparatus, which can control each bobbin directly.
  • The stranding machine will stop immediately once the wire break, especially suitable for Power cable and high compacted crosslinked cable.
  • Each stranding cage along with the dual-capstan haul-off is individual motor drive.
  • The machine power control adopts UPS system to ensure the machine will not be out of control when power failure occurs.
  • SIEMENS PLC + HMI control the whole stranding line.

4.2.8 Each winch is driven by its own motor. The motor and the winch reduction box directly drive the winch through the coupling connection to provide power for the operation and slow positioning of the equipment. This drive system eliminates the transmission power mode of the toothed belt and reduces the maintenance link. The forward, reverse, neutral, start, stop, emergency stop and other operation settings of the winch are controlled by the electrical system.

4.2.10 The four sections of the hinge are all of one-piece 4-equal structure. The hinge cage is supported on the reduction box and front support respectively by two sets of double row self-aligning roller bearings, so as to ensure the bearing capacity of the axial movement of the hinge cage
