1. Use:

The unit is suitable for high-speed cabling and stranding of PVC, XLPE, rubber cables and other wires.

The whole machine is operated by color touch screen and designed by motor drive. PLC is used to coordinate and manage the operation of the whole machine, such as starting, stopping and jogging. The synchronization is ensured to be consistent in various operation states, and the pitch error is not more than 3%. The whole machine has a wide range of pitch, advanced electronic control system, convenient operation and stable operation.

Driving mode: the winch is driven by AC motor. PLC is used to control the frequency conversion controller to coordinate the speed matching between the winch cage and the traction machine, so as to realize the setting of stranding pitch, as well as the operation of starting, stopping and inching

Transmission system: the winch cage is driven by 55kW variable frequency motor, and the encoder is built in the motor. The encoder operates in the closed-loop control system of the whole machine. The transmission system is driven by the transmission shaft through the toothed belt, and each cradle is driven by the front and rear toothed belts, and the bow itself is not subject to torsion
